I have been designing jewelry since 1999. It all started when a good friend of mine was getting married, and we were looking for a headpiece for her. It was very frustrating, and everything out there was so expensive! She found a design that she liked, but it was $330 for just the headband, and another $100 for the plain, unadorned veil! In 1999! Not only was it expensive, but it was not, in my opinion, well made. I blurted out to her that she could spend her money on something better than that, and I was going to make her headpiece. That piece turned in to the "Nikki" headband that you see here on my site. Instead of the plastic beads that were on the original that we saw in the shop, I used Swarovski crystals and pearls, and the headband was twice the width of the original. In the following years I had several friends get married, and again we ran in to the same problems. Overpriced, non-quality bridal accessories were the only options out there. Pretty soon these friends referred other friends, and several years later here I am.

I enjoy designing and making jewelry, along with headpieces, and veils. I have beaded dresses, straps, shoes, purses, wraps, and just about anything else you can imagine.

I got married in 2005, and so I know how the bridal business can really stress out a bride to be. I hope to ease some of that stress for all of the brides who do business with me.
